Overall Lighting Levels

Online calculator for room lighting levels: https://www.waveformlighting.com/lumen-calculator - though trying it in my house, I find it overestimates required lighting levels, at least for my taste.
It uses old feet units for inputs, but the result is in lumens. Conversion factors are:
Meters to feet: multiply by 0.3048
Lux to foot candles: multiply by 0.093 (or just divide by 10 for mental arithmetic purposes)
