EcoDesign

Most of the EcoDesign legislation covers lightbulbs, e.g. energy efficiency, lifetime, minimum CRI, and energy efficiency levels. Assuming you just sell 3rd party bulbs that are already compliant with UK/EU legislation, this is of no concern.

The only part that could be of concern is that in the lamp the light bulb must be replaceable. Also, if your lamp has a separate lighting controller (as opposed to the one built into mains LED bulbs), this must also be replaceable.
